About
Therapy practice
I offer sessions with adult individuals dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, low confidence, low self-esteem, anger management, shame, guilt, uncertainty, and relationship challenges.

I firmly believe in the liberating power of conversation, although I acknowledge that it can be challenging. During our initial sessions, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment to ease anxieties.
I approach each patient with genuine curiosity, with sensitivity, respect, confidentiality. I endeavour to provide a calm sanctuary amidst emotional storms and guide with helpful self reflection.

Adhering to the Ethical Framework of Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I engage in weekly clinical supervision, regular professional training and all other professional requirements.
My Consulting Room
Clinical Practice-
Experience, Relating & the Unconscious
My interest in Psychotherapy and Counselling stems from my exposure working with and providing safety to those with acute and chronic mental health issues during my time in the public sector.

Moreover, as a Doctoral Candidate on a Psychoanalytical/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy clinical programme, I embrace diverse perspectives and philosophies and feel establishing solid relationships is essential.
I work to establish trust with my patients, allowing them to share their struggles including unconscious ones. I hold a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, actions, desires and relationships at your own pace. I work with my patients to achieve the best outcomes possible for them and achieve useful emotional insight.
